Positive: Didn't know this was offered.

Negative: The bed was uncomfortable. The reservation said there was a sofa bed and there was not so my daughter slept on a hard blue couch. The internet did not work for the 1st full day, so no tv.

Summary: It wasn't the best experience.

Positive: I really appreciated that they moved us to this property with the 24/7 concierge. It was so helpful given that we arrived late. The concierge was very helpful. We loved the property!

Positive: The views were nice, especially from the livingroom of downtown, the building was nice as well. Location was perfect and close to the things we were interested in. Beds were very comfortable and perfectly designed.

Negative: I genuinely don't have any comments on what to add here. If pressed, maybe the mattress could of had a cooling topper but honestly I do run much warmer than others. (It's a me problem not a them problem.)

Positive: Really well equipped and very spacious. Really clean and comfortable beds and lots of storage

Negative: Sofas were modern and very low so not good if you're older 😍. It was very noisy on balcony as corner apt next to the freeway

Positive: The unit was great! And the customer service was exceptional! My flight was delayed several hours and unfortunately my initial building was unable to provide me with keys after 11PM, however the customer representative did everything he possibly could to make sure I was set up in an alternative location until I was able to retrieve keys to my actual reservation. It was an overall wonderful experience
