Villa Avignon and Cottageis situated on a 1/2 acre well groomed lot at Jones Estate, Nevis.It is within walking distance of the Sea Taxi on the right and the Sea Bridge on the left.The Sea Taxi gets you to St Kitts in approx 5 to 6 minutes and, the Sea Bridge would transport you with your vehicle also to St Kitts within 25 minutes.

Villa Avignon's main house is over 4500 sq with 4 air conditioned bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.The house is well designed and built for comfort.The pool is 14ft x 28ft.The kitchenand dining area arewell equipped but, if one ever feels the need to dine out there are a number of good restaurants within close proximity some of which are located on beaches.

Avignon is approximately 300 meters from the island's Main Road which means there is very little sound from traffic.What you will enjoy is a continuous Northern breeze from the Atlantic that sweeps between 2hills creating a tunnel effect also, the soothing sound ofwind blowing through the palm trees at nights which is often mistaken for summer rain showers. You can enjoy good view of beautiful Nevis Peak while sipping a glass of coconut water from the back yard.

For recreation purpose, one ofthe most soughtafter beach on the island is located approx 10 mins walk from property.

On your way to Charlestown,approx1.5 miles fromAvignon, you will comeupon the Historical site of Nelson Spring where Lord Nelson watered his fleet. Summary: This property is second to none. It has plenty of space, nice pool, and is beautifully landscaped. Hopefully you will have the pleasure of meeting the owner as we did, he is a wonderful person and host.

Summary: Everything was as expected and we absolutely enjoyed our time at the Villa. Hosts were attentive and quick to communicate. One of the co-hosts, Noel, was on-site in the separate guest house and directed us to an awesome, and virtually private, nearby beach. You can feel confident that renting this home will be as advertised and a great place to call home during your time on Nevis.

Summary: We had a very good stay at Avignon Villa. It is located close to Oualie beach and the Seabridge ferry terminals making it convenient for traveling from St Kitts by water taxi or by car on the Seabridge ferry. The house is spacious and has two comfortable queen beds on the first floor. We did not need to use the two additional beds on the second floor. It has a full kitchen with a stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, ... Our hosts Noel, Sandra and Akeem were very nice. They accommodated an early check-in and knowing that we had kids, got fruits, juices, cereals, ... for them. The kids also had a great time in the pool and running around in the spacious front yard and the back porch.
