Positive: Beautiful views over the mountains, and a great location for the national park being just a 10 minute walk so able to beat the queues and tours. Place was clean and ammenities provided were good (washer, dryer, bed heater etc) staff were also very helpful and welcoming, organising tickets and transfers.

Negative: Wifi was quite patchy and unstable.

Summary: Beautiful views and walking distance to the national park, with very helpful staff.

Positive: Location was beautiful and very secluded in the mountains. Loved the views from the room. Facilities were very good and staff were very helpful and friendly. They were able to accommodate any requests like helping us with an international travel adaptor or coming to fix the heater settings. We also ordered dinner from their menu and they delivered it to our room which was so lovely on cold nights. They had free washing machine and dryer for us to use which was so handy and they also gave us a late checkout for free. We will definitely be recommending them.

Negative: There was no lift which made it hard to get our bags up and down the stairs to our room. There were stairs so would not be suitable for people who are unable to climb.

Summary: Overall a wonderful, cozy and scenic experience with warm and welcoming staff!

Positive: Large, comfortable room with a fantastic view of the mountains! Staff were also very kind and helpful, even booked our sightseeing for us. The location was good too, only a short walk to the national park entrance.

Positive: I had a wonderful time at this hotel. Everything was perfect! The location is great, very close to the park entrance (Zimugang). The staff is super helpful and responsive. They organized our free airport pick-up and booked all the tickets for the National Park and Tianmen Mountain for us. It made our trip very easy and comfortable. The room was clean and cozy. Thank you for the great hospitality!

Positive: I was drawn by the mountain view room, with floor to ceiling windows across the entire length of the room, it was difficult to pass. It was a breeze from the start, getting in touch with them before our stay, answering my many questions about what to do there at the park. The hotel had everything - spacious, comfortable and beautiful rooms, laundry facilities, 10 min walk to the entrance of the ZJJ park, and the staff was so helpful in the planning and through out our stay with them. The big highlight for us was the resident dog - "xiao qi", who was so gentle and made the trip that much warmer. Will definitely go back and highly recommend this place, for the facilities, staff and xiao qi
