Positive: The hotel is in a prime location, close to metro, Zorlu centre ( just 5min walking),close park, amazing breakfast, fresh and delicious, very kind and always smiling staff, big swimming pool, sauna, steam room and Turkish bath, gym. I would like to say thank you to everyone in the hotel for their hospitality and support, specially to Mr. Baran from the front desk, he has let me checked in early it was very kind of him. During my stay he is always assisting me. Thank you for a great stay.

Negative: The room is quiet old and requires renovation ( special shower room), in the gym equipments are also quiet worn and broken. I would advise to replace some of these

Summary: If you are in Istanbul for shopping and hair transplant this is the best location.

Positive: Extremely helpful staff, both in the hotel and in the spa

Negative: I had a junior suite on my first day, and it was perfect. On day 2, when I came back, it was like having a chopper in the room. There was something noisy on the rooftop, and they changed my room immediately. The second room was a bit smaller, there was something with the window, so the room was not sound proof and cold air was entering. There, I had issues with the WiFi on day 2 and especially 3, and it was troublesome since I had to work at night. Overall is good value for money, but being there for 6 nights for business, it was a bit problematic. Last thing: the lighting in the room is very soft and especially low in the bathroom, which is problematic for makeup
