Positive: The staff were very friendly and helpful. We reported that the overhead showerhead in our bathroom wasn't working properly, and it was fixed the same day. The buffet breakfast was tasty and plentiful. Our room was comfortable and quiet.

Negative: Nothing significant.

Summary: Upsuites is a modern, comfortable, clean hotel and we will stay there again

Positive: Very good hotel for the money, good breakfast, the staff was very nice, always smiling. In order to arrive to the hotel you have to walk for a bit from the main street, but seems like a safe area. We didn't feel like we have to be worried when we arrived late in the evening.

Negative: The breakfast is good but if you are staying for more than a couple of days there aren’t many options to choose from. Also in the the superior suite there is a small kitchen, however the placing of the fire alarm is right on top of the cooking area that one night it was triggered from boiling pasta. This could have been thought better.

Positive: Location is very good, few minutes walking distance from the metro and at the same time very silent despite being in the one of the busiest areas of the Istanbul. Very good and rich breakfast. Sufficient and clean rooms. All the personnel are very experienced, helpful and kind. Have a free parking space.
