Positive: Stunning location with beautifully designed villas in exceptional landscape with lovely, local staff who can’t do enough for you. The villas are beyond beautiful, with great attention to detail and clean to a very high standard.

Negative: The menu doesn’t change and is a little limited on vegetarian options. Having said this, it fits well with the ethos of the place and would feel inauthentic if it was too high end and highly westernised.

Positive: Absolutely loved the hospitality, friendly faces and smiles of all the staff members. The property itself was STUNNING! The views and the lush green forest was so sereine. Everything is so thoughfully and purposefully crafted. The food is soooo good. I loved that there were enough delightful options for vegetarians and meat lovers.

Negative: Honestly this property and the people managing it absolutely had no flaws.

Positive: Avana retreat is a dream come true! Everything about this place is exceptional. The loaciton is stunning: wild jungle and beautiful rice fields, mountains and buzzing nature all around. The design, the quality of the bedding, the furniture, the food - everything is comletely thought through, and of the highest standard. Staff were caring and went above and beyond to make our stay a pampering delight. Staying at Avana is an experience we will never forget! It was really hard to leave this paradise! Thank you Avana!

Negative: We loved everything about it! The only thing we didn't like about it maybe is how far it is from Hanoi - although it is also part of its charm. We loved it all!
