Summary: It was fine for last minute. The couch did not look welcoming so we could only sit around the kitchen table in very uncomfortable chairs. I wouldn’t stay again. But if you like more of an eclectic feel, it’s good. It is very hard to make old places feel clean but a deep clean, decluttering and a few upgrades would really help this little cottage.

Summary: Key Cottage was charming and comfortable. The beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms were standout fabulous - modern, great water pressure, and spacious. The house is well stocked with just about anything you can imagine needing. We loved the location, on a quiet corner in the cute village of Irvington with so much to walk to and do. The only problem we had was getting into the lockbox when we arrived, but they arranged for someone to run down and help us out.

Summary: What a wonderful place to enjoy a peaceful, beautiful Mother's Day weekend with my lovely bride. We took long walks, enjoyed the local scene and just spent lots of time enjoying the porches. The cottage supports all of this perfectly. We couldn't ask for more and can't wait until our next opportunity to stay at the Key Cottage!

Very obvious the owners take great pride in providing an exceptional stay for their guests. The community of Irvington has delicious food offerings, friendly folks and good shopping options.
