Our stone house Villa 'Stone flower' located in very center, highly recommended!
Villa consists of three private rooms, each on the separate floor. Each room could be rented separately.
1st room is on the ground floor,contains: double bed , bathroom (included toilet), air-condition, TV sat, wi-fi
2nd room is on the first floor, contains: double bed, bathroom (included toilet), gorgeous terrace, air-condition, TV sat, wi fi
3rd room is on the second floor/attic, contains: double bed , bathroom (included toilet), air-condition, TV sat, wi fi
Kitchen is equiped with full accessories: fridge, freezer, oven, cutlery, water heater, cooker etc.
In front of the house there is a courtyard where you can take a break with bottle of wine or cup of coffee listening to birdsong.
Our Villa is situated next to UNESCO-list Diocletian's Palace, near the most popular restaurants, near the sea, bars, post office, supermarkets, fish market, green market, ferry port, bus station, train station, etc ...

Located in the center of Split, no need to take a taxi or bus, everything is close!
Train and bus station is just 800 m away from villa Stone Flower. From station you have to go to Riva - promenade, then Marmontova street - famous street in Splt, and on the end of the street, on the right side is situated department store Prima Grad. Follow the street that leads to the east, and when you get to the park you are here. Opposite the park there is Villa Stone Flower/Kameni cvit.
The beach Bacvice is a favourite beach in Split, and it is awarded with a Blue flag. The beach is sandy and the sea is turquoise-blue with controlled purity. One of the most famous activities on the beach is playing 'picigin' (a game with a ball which is played in the shoal), and it is a favorite summer sport in Split, and you can also have fun with other sea sports. Near the beach are located bars, restaurants and patisseries where you can fresh up with a cold drink or an ice cream. If you prefer pebbles beaches rather go to the Marjan hill, there are also a few good beaches.

Summary: We had 3 generations staying and we each had our own floor with ensuites. The communal outdoor eating area was perfect. Beds were comfortable and everything worked perfectly. Ana was super communicative and provided helpful information. It was a lovely base from which to explore Split and surrounds.

Summary: It's all about location. Easy walk everywhere. Used to be 3 private rooms but rented whole. Kitchen in separate building. Only bad thing really was no indoor common area, outside patio is it.

Summary: This property is a gem in a perfect location! The villa is a little quirky. Three floors with a large bedroom with bath on each. The first floor has a bedroom and what must double as a living room. The kitchen is attached to the building and just outside the ground floor door. It’s all fine assuming you’ll spend most of the group time in the patio. It’s really lovely! But the BEST part is Ana the manager. The kitchen is well equipped. Much more than usual. And she offered and we wisely accepted her offer to make several dinner reservations. She was so attentive and great. Also if you’re going to want a tour of the Diocletian Palace, be sure to opt for a private tour. Otherwise you won’t know what you’re looking at. It’s really worth it.

Summary: Ana, the host, was extremely helpful. She provided lots of information and always responded rapidly when we asked a question. The accommodation is very comfortable, has lots of character and is very convenient for the town. The highlight of the property is the balcony, covered with bougainvillea, and with a view over a small local park. When we arrived, the 'welcome pack' was a particularly kind touch. My only reservation was that the parking place was 2/3 on the house's ground and 1/3 on the narrow road. Passing cars get perilously close to the wing mirror - even when folded in. However I think this is 'par for the course' in Split, where ANY parking space is like gold dust! We enjoyed this rental and can recommend it highly.

Summary: The house is in a wonderful location, so close to the old town, shops and restaurants. It has its own parking space outside the house. The house itself was perfect for us, so much space and the terrace is just perfect to sit and eat breakfast every morning. The house has everything you need, if not more - in case you forget anything, there are little touches in case you need anything. The air con was available in all the bedrooms which was much needed. The host Ana was one of the loveliest hosts I have encountered, she was so friendly, responsive and had excellent communication prior to our stay and during our stay. She gave me some lovely recommendations and was so helpful with all the questions I had. They had left us some snacks and drinks for us on arrival which was also so thoughtful. I really enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone else. It was perfect and my kids did not want to leave! Without hesitation, I would rebook if we were to return to Split.

Summary: The property was just as advertised and provided all the historic charm one would hope for when visiting Split. It was a great setup for us traveling with our college son and his friends. Everyone had their own, standalone room (double-occupancy per unit) and bathroom while we all shared a functional kitchen and beautifully enclosed and private outdoor space. It is so close to the historic center of Split, yet on a quiet local street with the grocery a couple minutes down the hill. Ana was a wonderful host and kindly worked with us when our arrival time traveling from Dubrovnik had us at the property earlier than we originally anticipated. She was so gracious, and her team was as well. We couldn't have asked for a warmer welcome. She provided great restaurant and site recommendations. One point of note, the ground floor unit does not have a standing, but only a handheld shower, understandable with the history of the structure and there is a step down into the toilet and tub area. Not a problem but should be noted if someone traveling has mobility limitations. We truly enjoyed our visit and loved having her historic gem of a home to come back to every evening after adventuring.

Summary: Lovely 3 bedroom villa just on the edge of the palace. Very close to bakeries, grocery stores, beach and the waterfront. No car needed as everything is in walking distance. The kitchen had everything we needed to eat at home for a few meals a day. The bedrooms were very comfortable. Ana was prompt with communication and very helpful before and during our stay.
