Summary: Firstly, poor communication from the host as chased numerous times through out the day for check in details, eventually had to contact VRBO call centre to make contact and the host eventually responded 30 mins after checkin time of 4pm! Photos of the house does not represent the overall image we were confronted with. The front gardens were unkept, the pool & SPA were not inviting and appeared grimy, the BBQ & tools were unclean, the back yard desperately needed some love. The house inside was ok, but a real lack of cutlery & crockery, definitely not enough for 10 occupants. However the beds were comfortable & clean as was the bathrooms. Also a few light bulbs were blown. The dryer had hair in it. I would not stay here again. The supplied check in literature offered 20% discount if a 5 star review was given!!!!!

Summary: We loved our stay! The house was just as described, very clean and cozy. The check-in process was seamless and we were able to check in a little early which was very much appreciated! The host responded to a question quickly which we appreciated as well. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed (only thing we would have liked was a brand new kitchen sponge, but there was a dishwasher so that was great). They even provided little travel toothbrushes & toothpaste which was a nice touch. The beds were cozy, the couch was SO soft and the pool was perfect! We were very glad that we had rented a car since the property was a bit of a drive from downtown Austin, but we didn't mind at all and just loved the neighborhood. Wifi was great, having TVs in the bedrooms was a nice feature, and the water pressure in both showers was fantastic. Overall we had a great stay and would absolutely stay there again!

Summary: We booked for a small bday pool party for my daughter. The bottom of the pool had a layer of green algae but the owner and team were quick to respond and personally came out to take care of the situation. My daughter and her friends had a great time and all were able to enjoy the pool and hot tub! Location is nice, quiet & there are tons of trees & deer around. Down the road is a cute and delicious locally owned bakery called JoJo’s. Thank you again for accommodating us, timely communication and an overall great stay!

Summary: Stayed here for 4 days, great place and comfortable. Master bedroom bed a bit uncomfortable due to height but overall great place. Only concern was bugs sometimes found inside house at random but only minor issue. everything else perfect.

Summary: The house was nice but the 2 reasons we booked was for the pool & the hot tub. Unfortunately the hot tub was slimed & leafs, etc on bottom of pool. The shower in the front is only for people under 5’4. Looooved the sofa!

Summary: The place was nice but the neighbors harassed my guest. They were complaining that there were to many cars and people on the street and ask how long were we staying. We had a college graduation gathering of around. 25 this happened both days we were there. My wife had to tell the laddies to stop. I don’t know if it was because we are people of color or they didn’t like the gatherings

Summary: Spent a beautiful day before my wedding with my family to celebrate my upcoming marriage. That Sunday was just beautiful. The property was nice. We just had an overall amazing time. Would definitely recommend this property and we’re looking forward to coming back next year.
