Positive: The property was finished to a very high standard and was well equipped. The garden of the house that it was situated within was lovely and there was a nice patio to sit out on. Devonport is a really nice area to stay in, with central Auckland easily accessible by ferry (12 minutes). It is a 15 - 20 minute walk to the ferry terminal.

Negative: The sofa was very uncomfortable and not in keeping with the high quality of the property. Although the bed was very comfortable, it was a bit too big for the room, which resulted in a very narrow gap between the bed and the wall on one side, making it very difficult to get in and out of the bed on that side.

Summary: Very high spec property, but a couple of improvements needed to become excellent.
