Summary: Overall, this hotel was a nice place to spend our 3-day stop in Baddeck, NS. The grounds are lovely, our room was very spacious and comfortable, the staff & service friendly and courteous. Most notable was the great job their housekeeping did to keep our room sparkling clean! If there was anything that should be considered for improvement, it would be the very poor reception the cable TV service had. Our room was not the only one noting this as our friend's room had the same issue. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay!

Summary: The Auberge fit the bill for what we were looking for on our trip around the Cabot trail. It was a great location just a short walk to the Restaraunt we chose for dinner. The staff was very friendly and I especially enjoyed a chat with the two chambermaids that popped by thinking we were gone. The price/benefit ratio was spot on given the location and time of year, but I say that because it was inexpensive, dated, clean, thin walled, friendly, basic, odor/fragrance free, had a coffee maker and fridge. It’s what I usually get when road tripping and popping in for a quick overnight. I would stay here again.
