Summary: Nice, out of the way hotel in Alsace. Rather too much emphasis on meat and fish on the dinner menu; though the chef did manage to feed us in the end. Nice small pool area, great for a swim/relax. Fewer animal skulls and heads on the walls, would bring it into the 21st century for the non-french. Wifi not brilliant. Very quiet spot.
