Positive: I loved my stay at this hotel. The atmosphere was beyond comforting, the staff very professional, and the amenities was exceptional. My stay really felt like a vacation.

Negative: One reason for me booking this hotel was that it had an indoor pool. It was disappointing to see the pool was closed for maintenance upon my arrival. It would be nice if the hotel’s website would have a notice when the pool is being serviced.

Summary: The hotel provides both a luxury and comfortable stay that leaves you at peace.
