Summary: This stay couldn't have been better. The hotel was busy due to everyone in town attending the Beyoncé concert, and the check-in line was long. However, they moved people through quickly and were very personable and helpful as well. Stunning view from our room on the 39th floor! Only regret is not having more time to spend there to take advantage of the pool and hot tub!

Summary: The best hotel experience ever. From the receptionist, our room being available over 2 hours prior to checkin, the cleanliness, the amenities and just over overall customer service from each employee. 1000/10. Highly recommend Marriott everytime

Summary: Booked this for a solo trip but I had issues with my check in, at no fault of the hotel. There were issues on the third party’s end. The young lady at the front was very nice about it and diligent in assisting but I could sense some irritation. Understandably so. Upon entering my room I did a quick search and found some ladies lingerie in the closet… called the front desk and “loss prevention” came to retrieve it. But that made me question to cleanliness of my room, although everything else appeared to be tidy. Even more so, when an hour later someone opened my room door while I was in the shower. Once they heard that I was in there, they closed the door back. I once again called the front desk, and they sent security to come and take a report. Later, the officer calls back to tell me that it was the housekeeper… why? In the middle of the day, I had only been there about 3 hours at that point. After that encounter, I went to the pool and the bartender at the poolside bar was great! Very friendly, very courteous very patient. Absolutely loved her. After the pool, I made reservations at sear the staff for a very friendly and accommodating however, my food was way too salty. They remade it for me and offered dessert for the inconvenience. And then I headed to one of the bars that I cannot remember, which and they had nice chill vibes I meant nice chill people. Ultimately, I enjoyed my trip! The hotel itself is very beautiful however, I’m not sure if I would stay there again.
