Positive: it was very clean and fresh

Negative: they wanted to charge for a bottle of water and its not like its a cheap place to stop did not like the breakfast sausage was like rubber cornflakes in a cup rather than in a bowl I paid for 2 breakfasts but my partner was late arriving so I only had 1 breakfast then they asked me to pay for the water because it was after 5pm they offered juice when I arrived but I did not want so over all I thought it was a bit of a cheek to ask to pay for the water in the end they never charged me for it the door to my balcony would not open very easy had to get the man to it which took him a while a man sleeping on the floor in the lobby at night under an umbrella i had to wake him up for my key

Positive: There were mosquitoes in the room, only if we left the door open too long, so kind of on us. I wish they had some repellent, but no worries, we still fought them off!

Summary: Amazing, friendly, would always recommend, great service and great value!

Positive: Pakse was not super interesting but the hotel - wow. The best staff, the room and hotel was so clean and comfortable. And the balcony and pool was brilliant. Best pillow I have for the last three months of travel.

Negative: Make sure you have extra 15-20 minutes if you are on a schedule, you'll have to wait for the breakfast to be cooked. Your bedsheets may have holes.
