Positive: I only stayed for one quick night, so everything seemed in a good state, great apartment, very spacious with multiple ac/fan. Location is close to the river, recommended!

Positive: Very helpful and nice staff - arranged motorbike rent and bus to the next destination Nice sunset view Near night food market and some options of restaurants So friendly and cute cats and a dog Two big beds in the separate rooms

Negative: Limited soundproofing - some noise at night from neighbors and in the morning to clean the facility from 7:30ish. If you are a morning person, it won't be an issue. No fridge/electronic kettle - but not a big deal for me

Positive: Beautiful property inside and out with a great atmosphere and stunning view of the Mekong river from the balcony. The room was spacious and comfortable. The owners are warm and inviting and helpful with travel tips and booking day trips in the area. A highlight of our stay was the food. Everything we had was delicious and beautifully presented. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Thank you Jeremie and Samlee!

Positive: Huuuuge room or actually two rooms with a double bed each. Really nice folks. Clean. We would've stayed longer, but with only two rooms they were fully booked.
