Summary: Yes sockets are hanging off the wall, yes there are no pads for sun loungers or any working parasols. Yes there are too many pigeons and poo. General condition was a bit run down and as others have said contents of kitchen are poor. However the pool is immaculately kept and the position is nicely in the middle of the island. Cleaners arrived at 9am when we were sleeping to avoid cleaning the villa. As others have said no one there to meet on arrival or sort issues we had when there. No water for over 24 hours! Needs an update and the essentials checking not luxury but OK.

Summary: After our visit to the villa here our comments are on our overall impression. It looks tired and needs some TLC, the sunbeds could do with being replaced, there was a parasol but could have done with a slightly bigger one for the base provided. The whole place could do with a paint to freshen up. We also experienced poor communication with owner/manager, we tried to find out the process for when we arrive and the day before we received information to say someone would meet us and give us the keys. So after waiting twenty minutes at the property we found the contact number and called and they then said the keys are here and open it like this see you tomorrow at ten a young lad arrived and asked if we were okay and then was told about the issues but was more interested in selling the boat trip they had. The kitchen had many cupboards but there were very few utensils and there was only 2 teaspoons, 2 large pans a couple of frying pans and a small pan.This is not adequate for the amount of people who can stay in the villa. Simple faults easy to rectify not done, when chased calls stopped being taken. We had 5 chairs and after several phone calls we managed to get one but the kettle that didn't work was never replaced and got very frustrated that this was not sorted. We had regular visits from pool man and cleaners and they were very efficient. They even after being asked provided more toilet rolls for us. They were pleasant and did try to communicate with us as much as possible. This could be a great place if you just gave it some attention, painted it and sorted the pigeons out that are currently nesting in drain pipes around the property leaving bird muck all around the communal areas.

Summary: No meeting on arrival, although we were delayed. No instruction on how to retrieve the keys, quick call to get code. Villa clean on arrival. Began to find small issues as the week went by.. Lots of kitchen space, but nothing in it.. very poorly equipped… Lots of minor maintenance issues including sockets hanging off walls. Outside lighting not functioning. Pool was clean and cleaner arrived every other day. We did see some cleaners but only once, apparently they come every 2/3 days, 1 visit in 8 days, a visit from the local agents just to try to sell a boat trip. Patio table and chairs, but only 5 chairs for a 6 person villa. Not a single parasol or shade device to be found. One broken one in the store shed if you can get through the broken door. I took pictures of all the bad bits, but cannot load them onto here.. air conditioning unit broke in one of the rooms, didn’t get fixed. The pump outside for water is very annoying, especially when the water tank ran dry and just kept going, it’s very loud… had to await a water truck to deliver more water before we could use any taps/ showers etc.. was very quick to be fair to them. Pigeons~ Crap all over the place as they were nesting all over the villa, even in some of the roof spaces. So to sum up, it’s lovely big place, but so many negatives. Therefor I’d suggest they spend some money to make this place, what it could and should be…
