Positive: A nice sized, very clean private villa with a nice big pool. Lovely outlook of the mountains and only a 10 minute walk from the supermarket Air conditioning worked very well. Resident cats were very friendly (and gave birth to kittens during our stay). The owners, Tereza and her father, were very welcoming and helpful showing us how things worked in the villa and only being a text message away from any help that we needed, they even gave us a lovely melon which was grown on site.Restaurants are a 45min - 1 hour walk away in Alykanas, or a 5min taxi ride which costs €15 each way

Negative: There was a LOT of wasps about as they all come out in September due to the fruit ripening. They were attracted to the pool to get a drink and due to this we got stung on 3 separate occasions. I know there is nothing that can be done to deter them but if you suffer from bad reactions to strings then it's probably best to avoid the pool area this time of year. I also believe that a fair few of the photos are either from a different villa or before refurbishment, so these need updating.

Summary: Lovely villa and superb private pool. Excellent hosts.

Positive: The place was really nice inside and outside. Perfect for two couples or a small group of friends. The house was spacious, clean, well decorated and fully equipped. The swimming, the garden and the barbecue area was spacious and perfect for enjoying time. The hosts were very polite providing us many info about the island and the activities that we could do.

Positive: We loved Casa di Terra! Tereza made us feel at home and even provided us a hand blander to make soup for my baby. She also gave us many tips to visit the island. The house is very private and quiet. The pool and barbecue area are perfect for warm summer nights with family/friends. The location is also good, more or less on the center of the island, near supermarkets. Mosquito nets in every door and window. Good AC.

Negative: The kitchen could be more equipped, they could have a hand blender, more pots, but besides that, perfect.
