Positive: The location is great (right in the middle of finance center of GZ). The breakfast was really nice as well, including pretty nice options for those who have dietary restrictions and different preferences. The room we had is pretty spacious, and has all the needed amenities. Beds are very comfortable.

Negative: The room itself felt pretty old and a bit dirty-ish. There were scratches on the furniture, no carpet (making the room feel less cozy), dark spots on the mirrors of bathrooms, the little makeup mirror in the bathroom being completely broken. Also, it might be a language barrier issue, but staff kept going into our room and cleaning whenever they decide to without asking if it is comfortable for us.
