Positive: Great experience overall. Excellent location, plenty of food and coffee choices near by, especially Bosphorus, rooms very spacious and clean. Towels and sheets were spotless and rooms serviced/beds turned twice a day. Plenty of water bottles provided and restocked twice a day. Breakfast was very good but sometimes the pastry didn't taste fresh. It's probably more of a hotel catered for couples and business travelers. We reckon we were the only one with children during our stay but they loved the room and breakfast. Service was excellent with everyone very polite and helpful.
Negative: Pool really catered for adults and exercise (laps) than relaxation. We did use it for that purpose but it's not a place to chill. The hotel was going through exterior window cleaning and it took them a few days till they started setting up parameter in order not to get people walking outside getting sprayed. Only hiccup was the during check in where I was asked to pay for the children's breakfast when i actually booked stay and breakfast via booking.com for four of us. I had to show my booking email and print-out. They resolved the issue after that.
