Positive: The property is situated in the best location. What I loved the most about the property was one of the staff members that made my stay exceptional. Clark Huang went above and beyond from the start. He is one of the most amazing staff I ever met in my life. He has exceptional communication skills and anticipated all my needs. I traveled alone with a baby which was challenging. He helped me with all aspects, he made me feel welcomed, safe and at home at the W. He made sure my room had all amenities and that I was comfortable. He did everything to make my stay exceptional. He helped me with some challenging situations I encountered and supported me with my son. He spent time to make sure my issue was sorted and followed up with me every day. He represents the highest level of hospitality with his caring and elegant approach. He is the best ambassador for the W hotel as he has an exceptional sense of service. He takes amazing pride to his work and genuinely care. I extended my stay because of his level of service. I will also come back in September. I recommended the W to my friends that travel with kids thanks to him
