Positive: My family and I loved this property because of the size, amenities, convenience to train stations, shops, restaurants and location. The property was in a safe area, clean, quiet and roomy for a family of 4 adults. The host was so polite and was available to answer all of my questions. We absolutely loved our stay. The beds were extremely comfortable, the living area was spacious. Having 2 bathrooms was wonderful. We would recommend this place to anyone coming to Japan.

Negative: The stairs. But we were prepared from previous reviews. We traveled with a special needs adult son and he did not have trouble navigating them. But if you’re not prepared, then they will shock you.

Summary: Wonderful price, great location, fantastic property!

Positive: Easy-to-follow directions to locate and enter the property. They provided a few things for our 2-year-old which were an unexpected but very pleasant bonus! We liked that the bedroom was the floor above the main living area/kitchen so we could put our daughter to bed and not need to worry about waking her.

Negative: It wasn't a problem for us, but it is probably worth mentioning that the stairs are quite steep to get to the room (and then to reach the bedroom upstairs).

Summary: We had a great stay! We would definitely consider staying here again if coming to Tokyo/Asakusa.

Positive: Location was excellent, the apartment was spacious for a family of four, clean & equipt with modern amenities. I also like that the apartment has its own water filter system installed in the kitchen tap so it's safe to drink straight from it. 👍

Negative: The steep stairs when entering the apartment is quite dubious, so not recommended to those with mobility issues, but please don't let that put you off, it's still a very good apartment situated in a very convenient location.

Summary: Excellent accommodation, will recommend to family and friends

Positive: The host was absolutely wonderful and helpful. Once we got over the steep and narrow staircases at the entrance and between the floors, we loved how comfortable the place is. The host had provided a lot of utilities in the property which is very helpful when travelling as a young family. The location is very convenient and is a stone throw away from restaurants, subway and supermarket.

Negative: Nothing at all apart from the steep and narrow staircases but we got used to that very quickly:).

Summary: Amazing location, comfortable property and lovely host.

Positive: Absolutely perfect. Great location, friendly and helpful host, apartment comfortable and very well equipped — really nothing else I could have wanted or needed. (Stairs are very steep, so if you have mobility issue this is not the place for you.)

Positive: The location is very good, close to public transport, cafes, restaurants, shopping centers, etc. The host is very friendly and replied to my messages very quickly.

Negative: We did not realize there were many stairs in and out of the rooms, and the stairs are narrow and steep, it was not indicated in the posted information. This was not convenient to us, as we had heavy luggages and we have children.
