Summary: We had a fantastic stay! Family of 6 including teenagers. We stayed on the executive level and were excited every morning for the executive level breakfast. Very simple but delicious and the service was exemplary. We were sad to leave. Amenities were great and all the staff were extremely polite and helpful. Food amazing

Summary: We are a family of 5 from the UK, staying in Tokyo for the first time. We can’t imagine having stayed in a better hotel than this one. The rooms are clean and comfortable with thoughtful provisions for everything required for our stay. Rooms are kept spotless daily. The hotel staff and amenities are superb. Breakfast was a huge hit with our three teenagers with the most wonderful view. Location is fantastic, Asakusa feels like a safe and calm area, with great transport links to the rest of Tokyo. If you want a bit of luxury and oasis of calm to base yourself whilst you explore Tokyo, this is the place! Thank you to all the team that made our stay so perfect.

Summary: Location was very convenient! Breakfast buffet was really good and consistent. The lounge and nightly available menu was very good as well. Can't beat the views from the lounge at night here.

Summary: We(couple w/adult son) were visiting Japan for the first time. This was the best hotel out of 4 places we booked. It had everything! Location was prime with the view and an upscale market & 4 floor shopping next door. Our room was newly remodeled modern style or was kept up! It had a private toilet/sink room separate from the bathroom. They provided everything from PJ, slippers, toiletries and mini coffee/tea bar! Waking up at 5pm with nothing open, really helps to have a room stocked with water and coffee/tea! Of course, we loaded with snacks & drinks from downstairs onsite bakery and market next door. They provided coin laundry on the lower floor if needed! They also booked the limousine bus to travel back to Narita Airport! That’s a big plus for a hotel to be listed on its route. Not all are! So book wisely. The taxi is reasonable for close distances but not an hour trip! We would stay again!
