Positive: Their onsen was comparable with the other 6 famous onsens. It was more private because there was lesser people coming in and out. Their breakfast spread was nice. Nicely decorated and a wide spread of varieties. Their staff was so friendly and helpful.

Negative: Nothing much to complain about haha

Positive: All the employees we came in contact with, were extremely helpful, and kind despite the language barrier. The hotel offers a luxurious stay, with the staff being humble and approachable.
