Summary: Amazing stay - hosts were so kind, we were given delicious tea upon arrival and the host was so helpful. Lots of information was given to us about the town and they booked dinner for us at a recommended local restaurant which was also lovely. The room was beautiful, all the furniture had been chosen carefully and thoughtfully. Overall amazing stay and one of the best hotels I've stayed at in Japan.

Summary: We had a lovely time at Kojinmari. The staff were incredibly friendly and kind. The room was spacious and had a great view. The traditional Japanese breakfast was absolutely delicious. We would love to come back and stay at Kojinmari again in the future.

Summary: I stayed here for a night and absolutely loved the stay. The hotel was spacious and had a private outdoor heated bath. The owners helped me with reserving dinner with a local restaurant that was really good. I highly recommend anyone coming to kinosaki stay with here.

Summary: We did not believe it was possible for there to be an accomodation that was even more comfortable than our own home, but we found it at Kojinmari. The owners have considered every aspect to create a high quality, comfortable experience for their guests. Every surface and linen was impeccably clean, even the fragrance of the room was very nice, along with the comfortable beds, pillows and chairs. This along with the unmeasurable kindness and politeness that the staff showed us has proven that Kojinmari is our favourite stay and experience in Japan. We promise to return whenever we can.

Summary: This was such a greay stay. It seemed family owned and the room was massive for Japan! So very clean, incredibly friendly, cutest yukata, and one of my favorite stays of many nights during my Japan trip. Can't recommend this one enough.

Summary: Kojinmari was the most beautiful hotel we stayed at in Japan. Very friendly staff, in a great location as it was only a 5min walk from the train station and 13min walk to the furthest onsen. The main issue was that the room had the worst mattresses we've had in Japan—even too firm for my partner, who loves firm mattresses. So we woke up in pain and needed the onsen to help relieve the pain. Also, there are no blackout curtains, and you can hear any noises from the street very easily.
