Positive: Location, good environment outside the rooms, room spacious.

Negative: Spacious room but no place for luggages and no luggage racks available, you have to put them on sofas. The breakfast room was not heated and you eat breakfast as in a refrigerator. Staff was trying hard but unprofessional, they have trouble charging CC and never heard of a proper receipt after charge. They had to create one in Chinese for me.

Positive: Small-scale 5-star hotel in a prime location in Lijiang. The hotel has stylish rooms. The staff are incredibly kind and helpful. I would like to thank everyone for the hospitality — it was a wonderful stay! We will definitely come back one day.
