Positive: Loved how cozy and homely the apartment felt. It was very cute. The view is spectacular. Host is very attentive and accommodating.

Negative: Hot water tap in bathroom very slow not much water comes out to wash hands. Easy fixed. Didn’t affect our stay.

Positive: 29th floor and the view was amazing. You could see the mountains on the horizon. Almost the best BNB we have ever used. The interior of the room was also really nice and cozy.

Negative: Toilet was still old style.

Positive: + spacious room, big enough for a small family (two double beds plus sofa, chair and desk + central location at Splendor/Sogo in Taichung’s West District + amenities such as a kitchen and a full-size refrigerator + view from the 26th floor over downtown Taichung + good water pressure on the shower head, not self-speaking on the 26th floor + informal but efficient contact to hosts and payment through Line messenger

Negative: - some traces of wear throughout the room: corners, carpets, bathroom - refrigerator was big, but also loud when connected to the power grid

Negative: It's old, so the aircon was loud, and we found a cockroach near the sink.

Negative: The only problem is you need to leave earlier when checking out on Sunday (but the hotel owner did tell us about this!)

Positive: The location is good, really attractive view and the space is just nice to open up to 4 luggage.

Negative: Basically it’s all good. The only thing is the water pressure of the toilet is not strong enough maybe it’s because of higher level and building is considered old.
