Positive: The location, the layout of the room, the facilties and the staff are friendly. Was a little apprehensive when some reviews mentioned about the sound proof, but I don't have this issue at all.

Positive: A hotel that provide efficient and adequate services. Staff is friendly.

Negative: Check in area is very small and just good for a few people standing for a short while. Breakfast was by room services and it included simple sandwich and milk tea from local shop around the corner. Most of the rooms are facing the main street that is noisy at night.

Negative: - noise from the street really affected my experience. They provide ear plugs at the lobby but it didn’t help. - nothing exceptional about the service, kinda rare in taiwan - lost key card is $500
