Positive: The reception staff on the night I checked in were very helpful and friendly. They even helped me resolve an issue with my travel SIM. The team was very responsive, and all my requests and questions were handled quickly. The room was clean and comfortable. Although I was traveling with two teenagers in a room meant for two guests, we still felt comfortable. The room also came with complimentary snacks and drinks.

Negative: It would be better if the hotel’s check-out time were 12:00 PM, as many hotels have a 12:00 PM check-out. An 11:00 AM check-out feels a bit early, and the late check-out can only be extended until 11:30 AM before extra charges apply. Because of this, I had to check out as early as 8:12 AM as I was worried about being late after visiting the museum.

Summary: Overall is a good stay, if we travel again to Taichung we will definitely go back to the same hotel.

Positive: In a very quiet district and next to Family Mart which is super convenient. And the staff are also very helpful. All in all is a very good place to stay in Taichung

Negative: Void of any personality. Was very bland. (Pictures implied it was more than it was in reality.) Though was clean enough and safe so covered the basics.
