Summary: Nice older inn. Breakfast in the morning would have been nice, or at least some hot coffee. (Used what had been placed in the room).

Summary: It was clean and nice for the price. It’s an older inn but we would go there again for a night. I wish it would have had a hair blow dryer in the room. It’s nice being close to the Yoder’s restaurant that has really good food. We enjoyed walking around the town.

Summary: The property is in a good location if you are doing things in Arthur. Getting in and out of the property was easy. It advertises that check in was at 3:00. We got there at 2:50. We were told our room wouldn't be ready for another hour. We tried to get into our room at 4:15 and they were still cleaning it. Not sure what time they finished because we decided to go to an early dinner to kill time. The room was just okay clean. The bathroom could have been cleaner. The air conditioner worked great and kept us comfortable.
