Positive: My family is from Sullivan, so we stayed at the Motel 1 night on our trip to Chicago. It was quiet and clean, and served its purpose. The AC worked well.
Negative: My husband said it looks like it did 35 years ago the only other time he came to visit, we stayed at the same motel. It has new mirrors and tvs other than that it is very dated. So dont expect fancy. Dont expect breakfast, but there are a few places in town to eat.

Positive: The room was absolutely adorable. All of the linen was new and fresh. It had a humongous big screen TV with a ton of channels to watch. It’s in a really quiet area very safe. There is a café right across the street and it is very close to Lady Shelbyville. The owners are very kind and do a really good job of running this hotel.
