Summary: We had a pleasant experience. Room was clean but kitchenette appliances need updating. Loved the pools, hot and tension relieving. Dinner at the restaurant was extremely good. Staff was helpful & friendly. Shout out to Ankur who was very courteous and professional.

Summary: Unfortunately our stay didn’t meet expectations. There were bed bugs, the thermal pools weren’t clean, and there was rubbish and piles of laundry left out in areas visible to guests. Because of this, we won’t be returning.

Summary: Aircon directed straight onto bed so despite need it definitely wasn't user friendly as to minimise discomfort that caused was impossible as room was too hot without it. The bed or a/c outlet needs repositioning. Tired, rundown hotel.
