Negative: Booked a queen room and got a double bed. Door on room 1 is next to impossible to get open. No water in fridge town water isn’t nice to drink. Value for money wasn’t there room was very pricey for such a simple small room. No steel cutlery to have our meal with.

Positive: The managers could not have been more helpful and accommodating. We were thrilled with the value and reputation of the establishment. The mattress was first class, the sheets and bedding were very good quality and the soap, shampoo and conditioner were so top class I am actually going to ask the hotel where they sourced the products from so I can get them at home. Well done.

Positive: After hrs check in was easy.

Negative: Air conditioner in room was working properly, and room become a bit stuffy. Not suitable to open window and neighbouring rooms where smoking outside close by. We booked a family room and the double bedroom had a sky light, no other fresh air or windows.

Summary: For an overnight stay it was reasonable, probably wouldn't book here again.
