Positive: The convenience of the location and choice of thermal pools. Staff were exceptionally helpful.
Negative: The double bed was uncomfortable as it sagged to the middle. We both couldn't sleep in it. One of us had to sleep on the single bed.

Positive: Staff are wonderful, the pool and spas are great. We stayed in the budget section of the motel 3 times. This section could do with a bit of freshening up but for a one night stay it is ok. This time we chose the executive section to stay 2 nights. Will definitely stay there again. Lovely restaurant on the premise and nearby.
