Positive: The property is in a great area. We had to use the cable cars to go to the main city hub which was very cool. The apartment itself was cute and clean and spacious. Very boho vibe

Negative: While the bathroom was well maintained and clean. It dint have hot water. I guess they use a heater which heats water as it's being used which resulted in about 30 seconds of warm water followed by 2 minutes of semi warm cold water.

Summary: A very cute place. The owners are a call away. No hot water

Positive: Huge space, very stylish in my opinion. There's a park nearby, residence is in the edge of this park, so it's pretty much green around. It's an apartment building, where mostly live locals, but you have your own entrance from the parking, so it's cool either if you want to communicate with someone, or you just want to be by yourself.

Negative: Wifi is a bit slow and restarting often, so better to have local sim with internet.

Summary: Good choice to spend a week in Kutaisi by my opinion

Positive: The host was very polite and kind. They accepted our last-minute booking and even gave us great tips on how to enjoy Kutaisi. The hotel is located on a small hill, surrounded by nature, which makes for a relaxing stay. The room was tastefully decorated with stylish furniture, creating a very comfortable atmosphere. A morning walk on a sunny day was truly wonderful! Just a few minutes’ walk away, there’s a cable car (within a small amusement park) that takes you to the city center. If you have a car, you can also enjoy outdoor activities like rafting.I’d love to come back again. Since there’s such a great kitchen and a large market nearby, having a few more kitchen tools—like a cutting board—would make the stay even better. And a washing machine would make it perfect!

Summary: It’s open and airy, ideal for unwinding and enjoying a peaceful time.
