Positive: Great location. Apartment is fantastic, everything is new.
Negative: The owner did not inform us in advance about the heavy construction occurring at the apartment next door, which I assume will be a future Arroyo 4 unit. The construction begins at 8 AM. In my opinion, failing to disclose such important information upfront is deceptive.
Summary: Enjoyed Sevilla, but the jackhammering noise from the adjacent apartment was disruptive
