Positive: The apartment was extremely spacious and designed tastefully, creating a cozy retreat that made us feel right at home. The rooms were well-maintained and spotlessly clean and had adequate AC/heating. The amenities provided were thoughtful and practical, from a well-equipped kitchenette, Wifi, and TV with Netflix to the most comfortable beds ever. The location was convenient, with easy access to the train station or amazing pubs, restaurants, and even supermarkets. It's within walking distance from the Royal Alcazar. You could also leave the luggage at the property office. The check-in process was extremely smooth, and the host Carlos is the most helpful and friendly guy ever. He is available on WhatsApp and very quick to respond.

Negative: The windows face a busy street, so there is not much of a view from the property. There are huge shutters that help you block out the noise, but sleeping on the living room couch can be uncomfortable if you are a light sleeper.

Positive: The location of the property was brilliantly located to enjoy the centre of Seville on foot.

Negative: The property (like many others) is located on a busy street, this makes it a little noisy but they did not bother us. It had shutters so you can close out the windows facing the street.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay. Carlos and the others in the office were brilliant and we were able to utilize our last day

Positive: The location of this apartment is excellent - no more than a 20 minute walk in any direction to the key parts of the city, whether that's the main park and plaza, the river, the historic centre or the areas for nightlife. Lovely host met us on arrival to check us in and handover keys. Great value for money and facilities were perfect for our short stay.

Negative: Not too much to add here to be honest. Corridor at entrance smelt of drains, but apartment did not smell at all so that's no major issue.

Summary: Great value for money in this well-located, clean and comfy apartment.

Positive: The apartment is beautifully decorated and very comfortable with everything you need for a nice stay in this lovely City. Check in was easy and although parking is a 10 minute walk it was safe and reasonably priced compared to other places in the city. The location is ideal with attractions and places of interest close by.

Positive: Clean, modern and spacious room, with everything you need. Very well located. Shops, restaurants and coffee nearby. Nice staff and quick response. Possibility to store luggage.

Negative: It could be very noisy if you sleep on the sofa bed, because of the traffic outside. If you are a light sleeper, then bring your earplugs (and an eye mask) and it will be okay!
