3 Bedroom Condo in Grand Lake

Our 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath Beacon Landing Luxury condo sits on the shores of Lake Granby and features three levels with two upper decks and ground level patio, all with spectacular views of Lake Granby and the surrounding mountains.. Decorated to fit the mountain and lake settings. Upper level is the master bedroom area with full bathroom and heated jetted tub. Second level is the kitchen, dining, living area (gas grill on deck) with the 1/2 bath and washer/dryer area. Main entry level has the two bedrooms with common bathroom. (one with queen size bed and one with double and bunk above). We are located 90 minutes fro Denver, 15 minutes from the town of Granby and only 10 minutes from the historical town of Grand Lake. The summer and winter activities are plentiful. Our condo amenities: Two Fireplaces, Phone, TV, DVD, full kitchen (cooking utensils included). Linen is provided. Attached to our 8 unit complex is Beacon Landing Marina and bait shop. 5 lakes in this area. Sorry NO PETS allowed.

Summary: This rental exceeded our expectations in every way. Nestled in a peaceful location, it offers stunning views of the lake and surrounding mountains. It's conveniently close to Rocky Mountain National Park and the hot springs, making it an ideal home base for exploring the area. The property was impeccably clean; one of the cleanest we’ve ever stayed in. While we did experience a brief issue with the internet, the hosts responded promptly and resolved it quickly. Highly recommend!

Summary: Liked the location, near the marina and pretty views of the lake. Cozy and peaceful. Only negative was the mattress in the guest bedroom( trundle bed) was not very comfortable.

Summary: You can't go wrong staying at this condo. The views were amazing from all the rooms. Easy access to the water. They had everything you would need for cooking or grilling. There is a firepit and horseshoes. We have a boat and were able to rent a slip right by the condo. Made it so easy to go boating every day. We would definitely go back. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home.

Summary: Totally my fault but there are too many steps in this place. I should have checked this closer. My wife has a bad knee. We loved the location and it was very quiet. One thing I would ask is clean the spider webs inside and out. We had a great weekend and if it were not for the step workout we would stay again.

Summary: We loved staying at this property and are still talking about the amazing layout. King suite with covered balcony on 3rd floor, Kitchen, powder room, laundry closet, family and dining room and a large covered deck with bbq grill on second floor and 2 bedrooms with full bath on main floor that had a walk out that led to the horseshoe pit and lake. Everyone had privacy and we were able to sit on the decks each day and night even in the rain because they were covered. We also had 2 parking spaces and that was nice, because they were saved for us. Bring your paddleboards and kayaks as there is a really amazing cove directly east of the condo, down a dirt road. There are a lot of bugs being close to the lake. The owners had left citronella candles for us. Colorado has had a wet summer, and knowing that we brought bug spray and bug fogger that made our stay more pleasant. The washer wasn't working while we were there but had a days notice of that and brought up an extra outfit. The kitchen was stocked with a crock pot that we used as well as many other cooking utensils and some spices. If you plan on cooking and like leftovers, bring an extra container or two, there were no Rubbermaid containers in the condo. Overall an amazing stay and we will plan to be back another time:)
