Positive: The staff were attentive. I requested to check in late and Ergun made sure to message me when my plane landed. He arranged for a transport service right away. The check in/check out process were easy.

Negative: Nothing. You get what you pay for -- basic accomodation close to all places tourists frequent when in Istanbul. There is no need to spend extra for taxis. Restaurants are just around the corner so no need to go far.
