Positive: - perfect location- close to Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque - the staff is friendly and helpful, we received more shampoo and conditioner when we needed - we could store our luggage before and after our stay - the bed was comfortable - the towels and linen are clean - the breakfast was good and there were many options to choose from

Negative: - no balcony - no soundproof - poor city view - only on the building in front of us - there was a bug in the breakfast - they recommended the tourist offer for 20€ with transportation and free cookies and tea, but the ferry is quite close, in the walkable distance, it costs 6 eur for the same route and the tea there costs 40 lira

Positive: The hotel was clean and we had a lovely 5 day stay. Our stay was made even more comfortable by Azhar,Ali and Orhan we were greeted with a smile every time we entered the reception and they went above and beyond to help us any way.

Positive: Location and staff. Ibrahim and Semih has been very kind and professional with us. Breakfast with many choices. Room very clean. The transfer was arranged by the hotel and meet our expectations. Definetely recommend this place for future Bookings.
