Summary: Beautiful hotel in great location juat inside city walls close to Kalon Minor. Staff were very helpful (thanks for the birthday cake). Extensive buffet breakfast. Lovely roof terrace. Good sized rooms.

Summary: Wonderful stay here. Everything was very good from the excellent staff to the location and facilities. Thoughtfully there are water coolers to keep filling your bottle as well. Only small downside was that our room had been recently renovated and a had a couple minor niggles. AC worked very well, breakfast had plenty of choice and they were always obliging to cook to order.

Summary: Not to functional furniture arrangement in the room, only one night table, fridge did not work, ventilator in the bathroom connected with light and very loud.

Summary: The Arkanchi Hotel is perfectly located inside Ichan Kala, just steps from Khiva’s main sights. Rooms are clean, comfortable, and air-conditioned, and the rooftop terrace offers beautiful sunrise and sunset views. Staff are friendly and very helpful, making the stay feel personal and welcoming. Breakfast is good, though a bit simple, but the overall experience is fantastic. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to stay inside the old city.
