Summary: Everything was great except where you could park, we had a trailer pulling my daughters car to AZ to go to college and we had to park so far away from where our room was. that was the only drawback. everything else was great

Summary: We had a wonderful stay. Valet, check in were smooth. Room overall great. The shower had a leaky shower head and no pressure. We only stayed overnight but we enjoyed a couples massage, visited MacArthur’s, the Wright bars and the staff was wonderful. Definitely will be back to check out more when we can stay longer

Summary: The food at Renata’s Hearth was excellent. They were very accommodating with my son’s dinner, which was very appreciated. The servers were also great incredible. The food by the pool was good. I will say, the adult beverage pricing was exorbitant. I think $28 for a glass of Pinot Grigio is a bit much. I’ll also add- the family pool was extremely crowded. You really had to fight for a seat. It was disappointing that many of the people by the pool were day pass holder and not resort guests.

Summary: I booked through you all and it said paid all the amount for the hotel outside of the resort fees. They tried to charge me full price for the whole amount.

Summary: Service was excellent. Did the tour offered by the hotel with Robert and he was exceptional and very informative. Room was clean and comfortable. Grounds were beautiful and clean. Definitely enjoyed our time there and looking forward to another visit.

Summary: Hotel ac is very hot, there’s a bunch of random charges, and they charge $28 for parking per night or $38 for vallet per night. Hotels gave us a quote for about $690, and biltmore charged us $780 after our 10% deposit. Also, drinks are $25 to $30 dollars each.

Summary: The hotel is too spread out and parking is too far away from the rooms, so you have to give the car to the attendant to park. Rooms are old, windows are not opening, go other place for the money you spend.
