Summary: We had a terrific stay in Phoenix! The pool was heated and felt great even during some chilly winter days in February. Kids loved the pool and bunk beds, pool table and arcade games! The house was clean, comfy and well-equipped with everything we needed. Location is amazing for hiking Piestewa peak park, grocery down the street, and fair dining options. Easy drive to Tempe, Scottsdale and DT Phoenix! Neighborhood is quaint, quiet and safe. Property managers were very responsive and helpful - the pool was quite cold the first few days because previous guests forgot to cover it, but we got it all figured out in a timely manner. Thank you for a wonderul stay!

Summary: We had an excellent stay. House was clean, modern, well maintained, updated, safe, and most of all had a wonderful backyard/pool. We had a couple very minor issues, and the owner was very responsive and took care of the things right away. The weather was pretty chilly when we were there, so we definitely appreciated the heated pool, variety of games in the house, and TV streaming options available. Awesome hiking at Piewesta was just down the street a couple mins away. Walgreens was about 3 mins away, Safeway Groceries maybe 5 mins away and Walmart about 10 mins away (a bit longer for all during rush hour). Lots of other activities maybe 20 mins away (Cubs Spring Training, Childrens Museum, Medieval Times, Hole in the Rock, etc etc). Only negative was there is a noisy highway right behind the house that can be heard in the back yard as well as some of the bedrooms. It didn't bother us, but something to be aware of if it bothers you. This will definitely be the first place we check for pricing/availability if we return to Phoenix area again.

Summary: Reserved this house for 4th of July weekend at the last minute! The owners were so friendly and quick on response. The house was amazing! Our kids of all ages loved it! It had something for all ages to do, outdoor games, indoor games, pool, poker, and the backyard was so beautiful! The pool was clean and refreshing. We will definitely be coming back!
