Summary: Canyon Suites is awesome. Huge rooms. Super nice people. They don't nickle and dime you like other hotels. Bfast is good and plentiful. All the bottled water you wa t for no extra fees. The staff sent us candy, popcorn and drinks several times. The pool is fabulous. This is a classy place. We have been here 4 or 5 times and will be back.

Summary: Great experience. Only downside were some kids running around yelling/crying in the room next door to us, and in the common areas. But that is out of the resorts control. Other than that, we had a wonderful time. Highly recommend.

Summary: I enjoyed the scenery, the spa, the breakfast, and the kindness of staff. The staff was really amazing. I did not like our card being charged twice in error when checking in or that turn down service didn't include any evening snack/treat. It was a nice hotel but overall, it didn't feel like a 5 star, maybe 4 in my opinion.
