Positive: Beautiful location in Riksgransen, just 1 minute away in car from the main ski resort. Amazing location for the Northern Lights, we were treated to a fantastic display of them right outside the room, infact we could even see them from the balcony!

Negative: Beds were not ready made. We would think that for this price they would have been ready. Not a big problem, just a bit surprised.

Positive: The place was clean, comfortable and very quiet. Plus: excellent dark curtains in Windows! Also grocery store very near. We slept really well, and the communication with staff was fast and friendly. Would recommend this!

Positive: Very convenient, there’s everything you need. Very clean and comfortable. Grocery shop is nearby. Many beautiful hiking trails within a short driving distance so a good “hub” in the region. I have stayed there before also and will definitely stay again.

Negative: The bathroom needs are shower curtain that is the proper length, now the water is spraying everywhere. Also a small rack to hold the shampoo/shower gel bottles would be convenient. These are very minor things in the grand scheme :)

Positive: Location is beyond excellent, I really enjoyed the pictures I saw of the facilities when I ordered our stay. Pictures did not lie, and the apartment looks very good and has a view worthy any professional production. Standard is good, and nothing in the apartment disappointed us, we had a good time there.

Negative: I was very disappointed what regards the sauna I thought I could use, to my understanding I could use it as its located in a common area for all apartments without sauna. This was a very important part of me ordering a stay at Arctic Lodge. The sauna happened to be turned off every time I wanted to use it, and the facilities surrounding the common sauna was very worn, and did not look very appealing or inviting at all. The shower in there was leaking the entire floor as well, to my suprise there was another sauna located outside on the 2nd floor. Im not sure if I was allowed to use it, but I made an attempt going out there to check, but I had to grind through alot of snow to find a sauna without enough firewood to use. Might have been some place else thou. At this point I gave up, and accepted that this season would be without sauna. I did not make any attempt to contact staff onsite regarding this during our stay, as it seemed nobody was there anyways and I would be more of a burden than outing a service inquiry, I had earlier stated our personal importance of having access to a sauna. This does not make me unhappy with the stay in general, it was just the one important thing that disappointed us. Would be an easy 8 or 9 for us elsewise.

Summary: Great place, I will go again if I know I will get a sauna, but not without.
