Summary: We had 2 houses right next to each other and it was perfect for our large family gathering. The houses were clean and check in process was very easy. The community pool and play area was very nice and the kids really enjoyed the pool along with the waterslide. The house included all the linens and was spacious. The kitchen had all the pots and pans needed and included really large pots which was great when trying to cook for such a large group.

Summary: We had over thirty people in these two properties and it was great! The bedrooms were comfortable and the kitchens were well organized. The communication was great. There was a lot to do at the property and we throughly enjoyed the pool and even just the games upstairs. Be aware that there is no door connecting the two condos (though that would have been nice) but it was not a big bother to just walk next door. One small issue is that the A/C in some of the upper rooms didn’t seem to be working right. We ended up buying fans at a thrift store but fans being provided would’ve been nice.
