Positive: Wonderful location and condo. Waterline is exactly right! Waking up to the waves and beautiful Simpson Bay is like a dream. The location is private but two blocks from the main street with dozens of shops and restaurants.

Negative: It is not the properties issue but traffic on SXM can be heavy but the location meant we could walk to dinner or grocery stores and skip the hassle.

Summary: Awesome stay on Simpson Bay with everything you need steps away!
