Positive: The place was very clean and well maintained. The kitchen was fully functional. Plenty of hot water for a nice shower The fridge is was plenty big.
Negative: If you are trying to find the property via google maps it will give you the incorrect location The emails that were given to me at first has the property marked as being lot 5. (I will take 1/3 blame as I had the first set of directions with me at the time) I informed the owner that the property details that are online need to be updated. On our second night the house across the street was playing very loud music till 1;30am. Our third afternoon there we arrived home to hear an engine running in one of the storage buildings till it was almost dark. In regard's to the tv set top box, for tv stations you need to use HDMI 3, The instructions say its HDMI2.

Negative: The place was rather dirty. Layers of dust on the ventilators for example. The couch was broken and also dirty. Place was extremely hard to find.
