Positive: We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Brela! The place was very clean, spacious, and well-equipped. Each bedroom had air conditioning (except the kitchen), which kept us comfortable even during hot days. The kitchen had everything we needed for daily cooking — including a dishwasher and a coffee maker. Free Wi-Fi worked well, and we really appreciated the large living room, covered parking spot, and the beautiful balcony. The view from the house is absolutely breathtaking — we had dinner on the patio almost every evening, and it felt incredibly romantic. There is a tiny convenience store about two minutes walk in case you need something urgently- food, drinks or sunscreen. The host was exceptional — greeted us with cold drinks, later brought local wine and fish, and was always ready to help with any questions.

Negative: A couple of things to keep in mind: the sink and some of the plumbing are a bit outdated and could use a renovation. Also, the second bathroom is on the smaller side. It’s about a 7–10 minute walk to the beach, but the path involves a lot of stairs — something to consider if you’re traveling with young children or elderly guests, was not a big deal for our family though.

Positive: This was probably one of my best vacations. This is really good apartment which I recommend to all my friends whom I describe my vacation. Our room had 2 bedrooms with double beds (each bedroom has its own bathroom), a living room with TV, table and sofa, a kitchen and a corridor. The room is very spacious and clean. Kitchen, living room and one of the bedrooms have a balcony with a see view and a view on the Brac island. You can have your morning coffee or breakfast or dinner on the balcony watching the scenery. The kitchen has all necessary appliances, cups, plates and spacious fridge. The apartment has the most optimal location. 1) The beach Stomarica is near. You can get to the beach down the stairs (10 min). The water is clean and not too many people in September. 2) Apartment has very good parking spot. It is very important to check the parking spot when you book apartments in Brela. Not every apartment has convenient parking and near the house. But this apartment has a huge benefit: convenient parking. It has 2-cars parking box on the ground floor. 3) The 2-ways road is near the building – it was easy to park and unpark our car. Brela is situated on the slope of the mountain, and you not always have 2-ways road near you. 4) The turn to main road not so far from the building – it is easy to get to the facility. 5) A small shop near the location (you can buy something there in case of emergency). The hosts met us and helped to bring our baggage into the room. Hosts were pleasant and very helpful during all our stay. They welcomed us with a present, treated us with amazing fish and also gave a goodbye gift. We actually felt like queens during our stay and want to really thank them for such reception. Everything was ideal!
