Villa Skyview, an impressive estate, newly built villa with a 44m² infinity pool, hot tub and sauna in Brela. Reserved parking spaces at the beach in Brela, included.
Here you can enjoy absolute privacy and comfort with breathtaking views of the sea and the island of Brac! The house is detached and directly on various hiking and mountain bike trails. There is a private parking space for several cars right at the house.
Villa Skyview is suitable for 8 people. There are 4 bedrooms with double beds and en-suite bathrooms available. The entire ground floor area, where there is also a bedroom with a bathroom, is barrier-free.
The fully equipped kitchen with dining area and living room are on the ground floor, from here you also have access to the terrace with the 44m² infinity pool and spectacular panoramic sea views. The pool water is treated with electrolysis. Guest toilet (separate) on the ground floor.
An outdoor summer kitchen with fridge, BBQ grill (fireplace) as well as a large dining table with chairs, completes the experience. A covered shaded terrace with lounge furniture, as well as parasols and sun loungers by the pool invite you to linger. The hot tub is located on the upper outdoor terrace, with spectacular sea views. Summary: The house was exactly as described and advertised. The view is stunning and the hosts did everything possible to make the stay incredibly good.
