Summary: Room negotiated was not available. Room given was devoid of any warmth with bare walls and utility type furnishings. Very different to brochure picture. Within a few days my original booked room had others staying? Told apartment was within walking distance of city centre. This was untrue and required daily subway journeys. When leaving I reiterated remaining problems with the apartment such as blinds not functioning and microwave obviously off it’s mounting. When leaving I was promised a reimbursement of my security deposit within twenty four hours. I am still waiting for this to occurrvnine days later! To summaries based on my experience with this organization I have to advise avoidance.
