Summary: This apartment was scrupulously clean. It was well appointed and included a combo washer/dryer, which we found a little tough to operate, but was still useful. The person who first welcomed us was very friendly and kind. For us, the location was simply not good. It was a very long walk to anything that we wanted to see or do, and the metro is not something I felt comfortable navigating on my own (I tried, but became overwhelmed). Furthermore, we had only two keycards, which meant the four of us could not separate to go exploring as we wished to do. Also, the electricity in the apartment works only with a key placed in a slot, so if someone was in the house they had to have a key. The thing that I least enjoyed about the apartment was paying a 400 euro security deposit, and signing a long list of reasons why money wouldn’t be returned (lose a keycard? 100 euros! Have to have a property manager let you in the apartment because you forgot a key? 50 euros! Leave a piece of trash? 50 euros!). Then this security deposit has still not been returned to us, 3 weeks after our stay. We have been told a couple of times that it will be soon, but we finally called the cc company and put in a dispute. Maybe all would have been well, but we don’t want to wait anymore (and obviously we left the place immaculate). In summary, if this is a location you understand and desire, the apartment is fine. It is clean, as described, safe, and the staff seems friendly. The beds were comfortable, sheets and towels and such were adequate, and everything worked. But the location and security deposit situation was not a great experience for us.

Summary: We absolutely loved our stay in the apartment. Everything you could think of was provided and very well thought out. It was easy to reach a metro, and just 8 min and you are in city center!!! Amazing stay!
